Cameco McArthur River
"Rock'n the Classroom" GeoVenture - SMA Teachers' Tour was held from July 24 - 29, 2010. The tour began with an Orientation Session followed by a visit to Cameco McArthur River Mine. Other site visits included: Mosaic Belle Plaine, T-Rex Discovery Centre, Sherritt Coal - Poplar River Mine, SaskPower Poplar River Plant, Potash Interpretative Centre and Mosaic Esterhazy. There were also presentations from Shore Gold (diamonds) and PotashCorp.
