The Saskatchewan Mining Association is very pleased to present this initial Best Management Practise on First Nations and Metis Community Engagement.

It is intended as a practical guide on how to promote and sustain effective working relations with first Nations and Metis communities for companies conducting mineral exploration programs in Saskatchewan. This BMP forms part of the Best Management Practices for Mineral Exploration developed by the Saskatchewan Mineral Exploration Government Advisory Committee (SMEGAC)
